About Philip Innes

Philip grew up in the real estate business. His father, Tom Innes, is the broker and
owner of RE/MAX Commonwealth. They have worked together since Philip joined the
firm in 2009. Philip grew up in the Fan District, graduated from St. Christopher’s School
and VCU’s School of Business with a degree in Real Estate. Philip received the "Rookie
of the Year" Award from the Richmond Association of Realtors(RAR) in 2010. Over the
past 15 years, Philip has been ranked among the Top 10 agents at RAR based on
annual sales volume handling sales ranging from $100,000 to $3,000,000+. His clients
run the gamut from business leaders to bartenders and handymen to headmasters.
Philip is a past director of the Richmond Association of Realtors and past chair of the
association’s political action committee (RPAC). Philip and his wife, Sarah Gray, reside in Henrico County with their three children.
