"Philip was an absolute life-saver. He was extraordinarily knowledgeable about the market, the homebuying process, and the homes themselves. He took the time to help educate me and answered every single one of my questions. Philip took a lot of initiative--he followed up often, responded quickly, and helped keep me motivated. The process was completely stress-free for me--I knew he would help me find the right home at the right price and that he would handle the deal well. His negotiation skills are superb, and he maintains great relationships with the other realtors in his market. Overall Philip is professional, patient, knowledgeable, and an expert negotiator. I cannot say enough about the great experience I had, and I would absolutely recommend working with him!"
"Philip was an absolute pleasure to work with for buying our home in Richmond. We were from out of town and unsure of how the process would go. Philip's incredible knowledge of Richmond was immediately apparent which gave us great comfort in the process."

Throughout the process, Philip gave us very insightful advice on each house we visited. When the right house for us popped up on the market, Philip did exactly what he promised and got us the house we wanted. He went about it professionally and negotiated a great deal for us. I would highly recommend Philip for your home buying needs. Thanks, Philip!"
